StatusGator API V3 Go preview

Unofficial Octri preview. This read-only Go SDK and reference use StatusGator’s public API V3 OpenAPI contract. Scope: list boards, list monitors for a board, and list services. Service catalog access is restricted to Firehose integration customers; it is not assumed for every account.

Install generated package

Download Go SDK. Unzip into a Go module and use a local replace directive for evaluation. This preview has no public module registry release.

Create a read-only API token in the StatusGator dashboard (organization admin required). Set an explicit base URL: the source spec uses a {defaultHost} server variable, and this generated ZIP leaves that placeholder unresolved in its default URL.

go
config := sdk.ClientConfig{
  BaseURL: "https://statusgator.com/api/v3",
  Auth: &sdk.ClientAuthConfig{BearerAuth: os.Getenv("STATUSGATOR_API_TOKEN")},
}
client := sdk.NewStatusGator(config)
boards, err := client.Boards.List(ctx, sdk.ListBoardsParams{})
status := "affected"
monitors, err := client.Monitors.Get(ctx, sdk.GetBoardMonitorsParams{
  BoardId: "your-board-id", Status: &status,
})
_ = boards
_ = monitors
_ = err

A tiny board-status CLI accompanies the local demo package; it prints monitor names, filtered statuses, and nested service names. The source and validation transcript are available on request.

Tested scope

The downloaded Go package compiled. A synthetic local HTTP mock verified bearer auth, explicit base URL, board and service pagination, the affected filter, nested service decoding, 401 response handling, and CLI output. No live StatusGator account was used. Existing StatusGator MCP tooling is separate from this REST SDK preview. No automatic spec synchronization was configured or tested.
